Wellio is in pre-launch. The waitlist lets you register interest in early access. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee that you'll be granted access, or promise any particular feature, price, or launch date. We invite coaches in batches as spots open, and we may change or discontinue the product at any time.
The site describes the Wellio product we are building. Features are described in good faith but may evolve before and after launch. Nothing on the site is a binding offer of a specific service.
The Wellio name, logo, site content, and design are owned by Wellio. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, except as allowed by law.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.
We may update these terms as Wellio develops. We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
