This policy explains what information Wellio collects when you visit wellioai.com and join our early-access waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Wellio is currently a pre-launch marketing site and waitlist — we are not yet operating the coaching product described on the page.

Who we are

What we collect

• Your email address — when you submit the waitlist form.
• Limited signup metadata — the time you signed up and which form on the page you used, so we can manage invitations.
• Usage analytics — only if you accept cookies, we collect anonymous, aggregated traffic data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) through Google Analytics.

We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, any sensitive personal or health data through this site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To notify you when early-access spots open and to send you a confirmation that you joined the waitlist. Legal basis: your consent.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Legal basis: your consent (analytics cookies) or legitimate interest in aggregate, non-identifying measurement.

Cookies and analytics

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, no Google Analytics cookies are stored. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which will prompt the banner again. We do not use cookies for advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with service providers that help us run the waitlist:

• Resend — to store your email in our waitlist audience and send the confirmation email.
• Cloudflare — to host the site and process form submissions securely.
• Google Analytics — only if you accept cookies, for aggregate traffic measurement.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it or until we decide not to launch, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained in aggregate per Google Analytics' default retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights — or to unsubscribe from waitlist emails — email [email protected] and we'll action your request. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe link.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Wellio develops. We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
